Mission Statement

What We Do

The Community Regulatory Agency (CRA) is the sole agency designated by the Community Council to exercise Tribal regulatory authority over Class II and Class III gaming activities at the Community’s Gaming Enterprises. By doing so, the CRA is the agency of the Community responsible for maintaining the integrity of Gaming at the Community Gaming Enterprises.

The CRA protects the assets of the SRPMIC, preserves the integrity of gaming conducted by the SRPMIC and ensures that gaming on the SRPMIC is conducted fairly and honestly through three specific divisions:

In addition, CRA also regulates alcohol and tobacco licenses within the boundaries of the Community, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulation and sound business practices.
