Our Courtyard by Marriott Salt River opened in April 2012, with the honor of being the first Marriott branded property built on US tribal land and the first Marriott LEED® certified hotel. The hotel is a custom creation unique to the Akimel Au-Authum (Pima) People and the Xalychidom Piipaash (Maricopa) People, featuring photographs of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community taken by Thosh Collins. With 158 rooms including 5 suites, over 8,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting space highlighted by the 3,000 square foot Eagle Mark Ballroom. We offer an award-winning dining experience in our Bistro for breakfast, lunch, dinner and we proudly serve Starbucks 24/7.
