Engineering and Construction Services (ECS)
ECS Compliance provides the following services:
- Building and Civil Engineering Plan Reviews
- Project Inspections
- Issues Permits for Construction Projects
- Code Violation Investigations
These services ensure that projects are safe and in compliance with State, Federal, and Community codes. We strive to provide convenient options to meet the needs of our customers. We accept In-House Projects for electronic plan review or with paper plans for Community members.
Our office is open for customers from 8.00am to 5.00pm. If you are submitting for first time and have questions, please call us at 480-362-7910.
All permit application and plan review submittals shall be uploaded on Bluebeam Studio Sessions and emailed to plan.submittal@srpmic-nsn.gov. E-mailed submittals are acceptable for permit submittals smaller than 2 Megabytes. Please use the Electronic Checklist Forms for all items which are required for your submittal.

Inspections must be called in before 3PM at the end of each business day.

Plan Review Turn-Around Times
(Review begins after a complete submittal is received)
- Standard review 4 – 6 weeks
- Expedited Review 3 – 4 weeks (plan review fees are doubled)
*Additional fees may apply to third and any subsequent reviews
All fees are based off the most current “Building Valuation Data” from the Building Safety Journal or upon the Stated Valuation at the Building Official’s discretion. A 1% Cultural Resource Fee will be added to all permit fees.
