All enrolled Community Members 18 years and older who reside in Maricopa County are summoned to serve as a juror, unless excused. Being on a jury is a rewarding experience, and your participation is appreciated. Thank you for serving your community.

If for any reason you need to be excused from Jury Duty, please fill out a jury excuse form. Please include any documentation you may have to support your request to be excused from jury duty. Once filled out, please file with the Court at least 4 days prior to your scheduled jury summons.
