StrongLife Activity Report

Summarize your activities for the month. You do not need to report daily, so if you exercise for one hour every day you would state, “31 days walk for 1 hour” or “walk 1 hr 31x”. Keep each activity on a separate line. Make sure you report your activities monthly at the first part of the month.

Virtual Fitness and Wellness Initiatives

In response to the evolving needs of the Community, SRPMIC’s Diabetes Prevention Services Program has introduced virtual fitness classes accessible to all members. These sessions include strength training, cardio workouts, and wellness education, allowing participants to maintain active lifestyles from their homes.  Additionally, the initiative has distributed Fitbits to families as part of the Health and Wellness Tracking Program, enabling members to monitor their physical activity and progress towards health goals.
