PIMA ROAD REDEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION
IMPROVING PIMA ROAD FROM MCDOWELL ROAD TO VIA LINDA

BUSINESS ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
MAY 27 – JUNE 10 AND JUNE 17 – 19, 2025

Chaparral Business Center – Marriott Hotels – Noah Webster Schools – McKesson – Chaparral Commerce Center – Harkins

Description of Work: Crews will complete removals of existing driveways and construct new driveways from May 27-June 10.  Crews will conduct paving work from June 17-19.

Driveways along Pima Road to the Chaparral Business Center will be closed from May 27-June 10 and again from June 17-19 to accommodate the work.

Bonita Drive will be open from May 27-June 10 but closed from June 17-19.
Business access will be maintained via access entrances on McDonald Drive and Chapparal Road.

Please review the map for the scheduled closure and available access entries from May 27-June 10 and June 17-19.
