
What is a Wellness Journey?
Training & Development and WellPath have joined forces to develop a NEW Wellness Journey training program to provide you with resources that explore new techniques, ideas and options that can positively influence wellness choices.
There are currently 3 journey paths offered; the Well-being Journey, the Mindfulness at Work Journey, and the NEW Mental Well-being Journey. Each Journey is endorsed for 30 WellPath points when complete. All Journeys are to be complete entirely using the Breeze eLearning training program.
To get started on your Wellness Journey, you will first need to register for the path of your choice. There are a few different elements used to complete the Journey courses, which include a reading, watching and listening component. All courses are required to complete the Journey and receive your 30 point WellPath incentive.
WellPath will receive notification that you have completed your Journey and process your incentive automatically. No reporting is needed.
Well-Being Journey
The Well-Being Journey is a combination of educational resources from the Mental, Physical, and Financial Well-Being Channels to provide information and insight to improving these dimensions of wellness. Explore techniques, ideas, and choices to help you grow in all aspects of life.

When logged into Breeze, you can access the Wellness Journey options by:
1. Selecting the Library (upper left corner of your page)
2. Selecting Wellness in the pull down menu options
3. Selecting WellPath
4. When following these steps, your Wellness Journey options will appear:
