Gratitude-SRPMIC

Gratitude is something we foster and if we ignore it, we lose the sense of gratitude in our life. But we all have a lot for which to be grateful and if you ever heard the old adage: “You don’t know what you have, until you lost it,” you know it’s wise.

The “science of happiness” most often called Positive Psychology consistently ties the sense of gratitude to happiness. This means if we can foster a sense of gratitude (and you will) you can increase happiness. Increased happiness means we can realize our potential

Three “Gratitudes.”  Each day write down three new things for which you are grateful. It may become increasingly difficult to find three new things each day for which to express your gratitude. This will help train your brain to scan your world for the positive things in your life and restore the proper ratio between positive and negative.

Use the tracker to write down your daily gratitude’s or another tracker that works for you.

If you have completed 21 days and it is not yet May 21st, 2025, CONGRATULATIONS, you have completed the “gratitudes” portion of the challenge successfully.
