Tribal Rental Facilities
Facility Rental
To reserve any Community building, neighborhood center or park, please contact the Public Works Department at 480-362-5600 or email PWCustomerService@SRPMIC-nsn.gov to see if your requested date and facility are available. If available, please stop by the Public Works Department with your tribal ID. Only members of the SRPMIC and SRPMIC Tribal Departments may reserve the facilities.
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. All Community facilities are not reserved until a permit has been signed, processed and all fees have been paid. All permit fees are to be paid at the SRPMIC Finance Department, located in the main lobby of Two Waters, building A.
If you are interested in having a dance or any live music (DJ’s, live bands) at your event, completed dance permits are required 10 business days prior to the actual date of the event to ensure all required signatures are obtained. For your event, tables/chairs, microphones, podium and screens are available for use at the Salt River and Lehi Community building only upon request and is limited to equipment on site.
Alcohol/drug use or gang activity are NOT permitted in or around the Community buildings, neighborhood centers, and parks. Any damages incurred during your event or failure to properly clean the facilities after usage may result in forfeiture of your cleaning deposit and possible denial of future facility requests.

Requirements To Rent
- Must be enrolled SRPMIC tribal member.
- Present tribal ID.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- For tribal departments, please provide a department accounting string number in lieu of fees & deposits.
Community Building Fees
- Small events less than 99 attendees: $75.00 (up to 5 hours included).
- Large events more than 100 attendees: $100.00 (up to 5 hours included).
- Additional hours over the 5 hours: $15.00 per hour.
- Dance Permit: $50.00.
- A $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit is required in addition to building fees.
- Security fees maybe required.

Neighborhood Center Fees
Enrolled Community Member TENANT
(Dobson Heights, VAII, Red Mountain Vista, Canalside, Evergreen, Lonely Cactus, Transitional Rental Units ONLY)
- $50 flat rate ($30 building fee + $20 cleaning deposit) for unlimited hours.
Enrolled Community member NON-TENANT
CANALSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
- Small events less than 25 attendees: $40 building fee (up to 4 hours).
- Large events over 26 attendees: $50 building fee (up to 4 hours).
- $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit is required in addition to building fees.
RED MOUNTAIN VISTA NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
- Small events less than 25 attendees: $40 building fee (up to 4 hours).
- Large events over 26 attendees: $50 building fee (up to 4 hours).
- $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit is required in addition to building fees.
DOBSON HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
- Small events less than 18 attendees: $40 building fee (up to 4 hours).
- Large events more than 19 attendees: $50 building fee (up to 4 hours).
- $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit is required in addition to building fees.
EVERGREEN NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
- Small events less than 12 attendees: $40 building fee (up to 4 hours)
- Large events more than 13 attendees: $50 building fee (up to 4 hours)
- $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit is required in addition to building fees.
- Additional hours over the 4 hours: $10.00 per hour

FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES/EVENTS ONLY
A permit will need to be signed in order to access the restrooms at Friendship Park, Victory Acres I Park, Victory Acres II Park, & Lehi Gathering Grounds. The restrooms are available to reserve from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm, Sunday thru Saturday.
Restrooms will be unavailable on Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Park Fees
- All parks are free to reserve to all enrolled Community members and tribal departments.
- Any inflatable equipment, such as bouncy houses or water slides, require a Certificate of Liability Insurance from the company you are renting from.
- All inflatable items will need to be placed on the basketball court.
