Council Member Su:k Chu:vak Fulwilder was elected to the SRPMIC Tribal Council in November 2024. She is Onk Akimel O’odham, Xalchidom Piipaash, Tlingit, Aleut and Little Lake Pomo. Council Member Fulwilder is proud mother and grandmother and prides herself in being a product of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Council Member Fulwilder is a passionate advocate for the mental health and the well-being of the SR Community Members. Having a son who passed away in October 2022, CM Fulwilder seeks to be a part of the change and work to combat suicide and overall spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being of the Community members.
