Lease Loan

Governed by Policy 1-12, loans are available to eligible Community members who qualify. Applicants must be an enrolled member of the SRPMIC.

The Administration Lease Loan Designee must give prior loan approval before an application can be completed.

Complete form online (or print and complete)

Sign hard copy of form

1. Include a copy of your photo ID (tribal, driver license, state or military).
2. Include supporting documents for your financial need.
