Join the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community as we come together to honor and remember Missing & Murdered Indigenous People. This meaningful day is about raising awareness, standing in solidarity, and seeking justice for our loved ones.
Morning Event – Red Wrap
Location: Two Waters Amphitheater
10005 East Osborn Road, Scottsdale, Arizona
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Wear red or traditional attire and help us wrap the amphitheater in red to honor MMIP.
Bring photos or special items to place at the MMIP Red Handprint Wall—a space for reflection and remembrance.
From remembrance to resilience, their voices echo through us.
Evening Event – Light Up the Night
Location: Accelerated Learning Academy (ALA) Football Field
4827 North Country Club Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85256
Check-In and Walk Registration: Begins at 6:00 p.m.
Program Start Time: 6:30 p.m.
After the walk, please stay for a light meal, special program, and informational tables.
This walk is not about endurance—it is about hope, healing, and honoring our Missing & Murdered Indigenous People.
We encourage participants to bring photos, banners, or signs to help shine a light on their lives.
Free t-shirts will be available for registered participants while supplies last.

This is an alcohol-free, drug-free, gang-free, and tobacco-free event.
