River People Health Center (RPHC) Designation of Land Use (DOLU) Amendment

This amendment request is to enlarge the DOLU premises to allow for the construction of a secondary access route, to enter into subleases for complementary uses to co-locate within the DOLU premises and to designate use of the DOLU premises by ECS, HHS and other SRPMIC department per Council direction for future tribal governmental uses.

This request is to allow a kennel use within the Pavilions at Talking Stick shopping center.

Saddleback-Culbertson Designation of Land Use (DOLU) and Conditional Use Permit (CUP), 23-CUP-08.

This request is for a Type 4 Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) to provide additional wireless cellular services to the surrounding area to include Scottsdale Community College, and other developments in the immediate vicinity.
