Introduction

The Affordable Housing Services provides the community with opportunities for quality affordable housing and services. Services include:

  • Improving and maintaining the appearance of SRPMIC rental homes and neighborhoods.
  • Conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs.
  • Providing Pest Control, Landscaping and HVAC service.
  • Providing renovation services for vacated homes.
  • Modernizing aging residential stock.

Create a legacy of ownership and self-sufficiency by providing opportunities for quality affordable housing and services, while preserving the culture and traditions of the Xalychidom Piipaash and Onk Akimel O’odham.
