Salt River Vocational Rehabilitation
Program Overview
Salt River Vocational Rehabilitation (SRVR) is a tribal vocational rehabilitation program serving eligible Native Americans with disabilities who want to, and are able to work, but may need some support and/or services in order to be successful.
Salt River Vocational Rehabilitation exists to:
- Provide culturally appropriate supports and services to individuals with disabilities in order to assist them in achieving a positive employment outcome.
- Provide services and supports based on an employment goal.
- Support consumers in seeking, securing, retaining, or regaining employment.
- Provide individualized plans for employment based upon the specific needs of each consumer.
Program orientation occurs on a bi-weekly basis.

Eligibility Requirements
Must meet all of the following:
- Have a documented disability that creates an impediment to employment*
- Enrolled member of federally recognized tribe*
- Live in or near the SRPMIC boundaries*
- Be available and able to work
- Can benefit from VR services in terms of employment outcome
*Requires documentation
