SRPMIC Exclusion List
The following is a list of individuals who have been excluded from the boundaries of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (“SRPMIC” or “Community”) from 1980 to the present.
Per Article 7, § 1(g) of the SRPMIC Constitution and Section 7-75 of the SRPMIC Code of Ordinances, these individuals are non-members whose presence in the SRPMIC has been determined to be detrimental to the peace, health and morals of the SPRMIC.
These individuals are not allowed to be within the territorial boundary of the Community and therefore they are not allowed to drive through, visit others, reside or come within the Community boundaries at any time for any reason.
If you should see any of these individuals within the boundary of the Community, please immediately notify the Salt River Police Department at (480) 850-9230. Be prepared to provide the SRPD with specific information.
