Offering transportation to Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and nearby areas of Scottsdale, Mesa & Tempe with connections to Valley Metro & Light Rail Stations. Our service is grant-funded, ADA-accessible, and open to Community members and the general public.

How to Schedule a Trip

  1. Call during operating hours (5:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M.).
  2. Provide your name, phone number, pick-up location, and destination.
  3. Make reservations at least two hours before your ride; call the day before if possible.
  4. Provide your name, phone number, pick-up location, and destination.
  5. If calling after hours, leave a voicemail with
    • Passenger Name
    • Phone Number
    • Pick-up Location
    • Requested time.
  6. Reservations depend on seat availability.

Transfer Information

You can transfer to Valley Metro buses and light rail at these locations:

  • Sycamore/Main Street Light Rail Station
  • McDowell & Granite Reef Rd (Route 17)
  • Hayden & Thomas (Route 29)
  • Scottsdale Community College (Routes 50 & 76)
  • Country Club Drive and McKellips (Route 112)

Regular or Subscription Trips

  • Regular trips (such as work commutes) can be scheduled daily.
  • After three missed or canceled trips, the subscription may be removed.
  • To cancel a trip, call Dispatch as soon as possible.

Transportation

**There are a few exceptions. For example, they may not stop in certain areas that have special rules, restrictions or specific services provided. Verify with dispatch when scheduling your ride.


Passenger Requirements

  • Wait at your pick-up location by the scheduled time.
  • Wear seat belts; child car seats are required where applicable.
  • Riders under 12 (or still in elementary school) must ride with someone 16 or older.
  • Shirts and shoes are required.
  • No eating, drinking, smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs.
  • Limit of three (3) carry-on bags per passenger.
  • No vulgar language, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
  • No flammable or caustic materials.
  • Do not block aisles or distract the driver while in motion.
  • Respect other riders and drivers.
  • Transportation may be denied to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, unsafe, and/or disruptive.
