The DHHS is located on south side of Osborn Road between Longmore and Alma School. Administration is located in building 30, the Salt River Clinic is in building 61, Behavioral Health is in building 32, while Central Intake is in building 29.

Patients unsure of where to go should come to the Central Intake Center.
