Family Advocacy Center (FAC)

Our Model

The FAC aims to increase victim safety, improve outcomes for families, and enhance prosecution of abusers by facilitating communication between involved agencies. The FAC operates from a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Model, which includes:

• FAC CORE MEMBERS- Director, Therapeutic Program Manager, Office Manager, Office Clerk, Trauma Therapist, and Victim Advocates
• SALT RIVER POLICE DEPARTMENT- Detectives
• CHILD AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES- Child and Protective (CPS) Investigators
• LEGAL SERVICES
• TRIBAL PROSECUTORS
• SENIOR SERVICES (APS)
• EDUCATION
• HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES/BHS
