Introduction
The Affordable Housing Services provides the community with opportunities for quality affordable housing and services. Services include:
- Improving and maintaining the appearance of SRPMIC rental homes and neighborhoods.
- Conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs.
- Providing Pest Control, Landscaping and HVAC service.
- Providing renovation services for vacated homes.
- Modernizing aging residential stock.
Mission
Create a legacy of ownership and self-sufficiency by providing opportunities for quality affordable housing and services, while preserving the culture and traditions of the Xalychidom Pipaash and Onk Akimel O’Odham.
