Michael Dallas, Sr.

Lehi District Representative
Current Term: 2022 – 2026

Michael was first elected into the SRPMIC Tribal Council in 2014. He grew up in the Lehi area of the Community and has been raised by his grandmother, Merna Lewis, former Vice President of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. He acknowledges and thanks God for her unconditional devotion to his upbringing. Councilman Dallas is the son of Leonard Dallas, Jr. and Natasha Ann Silversmith.

Prior to being elected to Tribal Council, Michael Dallas served as the Assistant Director of the Senior Services Department. Councilman Dallas has studied at Long Technical College, Gateway Community College; he has received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management, a Master of Science of Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University.

Currently, Councilman Dallas serves as the council representative on the Phoenix Cement Company Board, Early Childhood Education Center Policy Council, Auto Show Board, and is the Tribal Interior Budget Council Representative of the Western Region (TIBC).

Councilman Dallas and his wife Berlene are the proud and blessed parents of six children.
