8th Annual Salt River Firefighters 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

Salt River Fields at Talking Stick North Pima Road 7555, Scottsdale

The Salt River Fire Department will be hosting the 8th Annual Memorial Stair Climb to honor and remember the 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, and 10 EMS personnel that gave their lives 23 years ago, on 9/11/2001. Each participant pays tribute to an FDNY firefighter, police officer, or EMS by climbing the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center. Climbers are issued a tag with the name and picture of one of the fallen to carry throughout the climb, symbolically completing their journey to the top of the World Trade Center Towers. The stair climb is not a timed race event and is open to participants of all levels.Saturday, September 14, 2024Salt River Fields at Talking Stick7555 North Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZPacket Pick-up:Friday, September 13 (optional)5:00 pm - 8:00 pmEvent Day Schedule – September 14Onsite Registration & Packet Pick-up: 4:00 pmOpening Ceremony: 6:30 pmClimb Start: 7:00 pmClimb End: 9:00 pmMore info: www.SaltRiverStairClimb.com 2024 Stair Climb Flyer_5637.pdf
