Tamale Making Class

Sign up is limited to 8 people. SRPMIC Member, 18 & older
Students will learn how to prep pots, make masa & filling & steam the tamales. Samples will be served & questions answered.
This class is for beginners who have not taken it before.
Please wear an apron and comfortable shoes, students will be standing to make tamales & be around a hot stove
