The Public Works Department (“PW”)—alongside any other government department designated by Council—is requesting a Designation of Land Use (“DOLU”) for the construction, maintenance, and operation of the PW Administration Facility. The proposed project site is near Osborn Road and 92nd Street and includes parts of Bureau of Indian Affairs Tracts 615 T and 413-B, located in Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
The DOLU premises cover approximately 24.515 acres and encompass both existing PW Utilities and Road buildings as well as the site for a new facility.
