  1. Development within Existing Master Leases: Allows businesses to set up in established areas with ready-to-build options for both small and large companies.
  2. Allotted Land Development: Involves land owned by individuals and held in trust by the federal government, where lease agreements are negotiated directly with landowners.
  3. Tribal Land Development: Involves SRPMIC-owned land that can be leased for commercial projects, with terms governed by tribal and federal laws.

All land within the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is leased, not sold.
