Cambria Hotel & Suites – Request for a Conditional Use Permit (23-CUP-14)

Trevor McDowell with Calendar Stick Lot III, LLC, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the development of a Cambria Hotel & Suites branded hotel. The proposed 5 story, 93 room hotel will be located on Lot 3 within the Calendar Stick Business Park. This property is zoned C3 (General Commercial) and a CUP is required for a hotel per the SRPMIC Zoning Ordinance.
