The following services are open to enrolled SRPMIC MEMBERS and Tribal Enrollees:
Salt River Integrated Health Care (SR Clinic)
Patient Services
Hours of Operation: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday
Patient Visit Services:
- Routine follow-up appointments and diabetes check-ups will be managed via phone.
- Nonessential wellness visits will be rescheduled.
- Essential acute symptom visits will be seen in clinic.
- Pre-natal visits
- Same day sick visits
- Labs will only be drawn if necessary.
- Patients will be screened by a medical assistant at the front door and/or outside the clinic. If patient has temperature > 100.4° the patient will be asked to wait in their car – medical assistant will get a nurse or provider to help triage and get a disposition for the patient.

- Please continue to order your refills using the AudioCare process.
- If you don’t have the prescription numbers needed you can still phone the pharmacy to get those numbers.
- Refillable prescriptions should be ready the next business day by 2 p.m.
- Prescriptions that require renewal by your provider may take up to 2 days.
- Please try not to order anything else while in the drive-up pick up area as this causes delays and backup for fellow patients.
- Please be patient and remain in the parking space assigned to you to avoid delivery confusion.
- The staff is moving as quickly as safety allows.
- Please use caution in the parking lot.

Who can get a COVID-19 Vaccine?
- Children 5 – 11 years old
- Youth age 12-17 and Adults 18+
- SRPMIC members and families of community members
- Non-member residents who live in the boundaries of SRPMIC
- Tribal government employees and families
- SRPMIC Tribal member businesses employees and families
- SRPMIC Enterprise employees and families
- SRPMIC Contractors
Enrolled SRPMIC members who would like to receive their vaccination incentive must bring their SRPMIC tribal ID to their vaccination appointment.
SRPMIC CLINIC COVID-19 TESTING
The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Clinic provides nasal swab and saliva testing. Saliva testing requires no food or drink 30 minutes prior to testing. An appointment is recommended. Call the COVID-19 Hotline at (480) 362-2603. Those with an appointment will be seen first. Walk-ins are welcome. Face mask required.
Who can be tested at the SRPMIC COVID-19 site?
- No age restrictions, testing is available for all ages
- Tribal enrollee and family members (immediate family and/or living in household) of any age
- Non-tribal enrollee living within the Community boundary in a SRPMIC enrolled member’s home
- SRPMIC Tribal Government employee only
- SRPMIC Enterprise employee only
- Clients with an established Salt River Clinic chart
- Individuals providing a certificate of Indian blood (CDIB)
- Anyone referred by Salt River contact tracing team
