Arizona Law Enforcement Agencies Receive Over $1.3 Million In Federal Grant Funds To Support Body-Worn Camera Program
On September 22, U.S. Attorney John S. Leonardo announced that $1,333,998 in federal grant funds have been awarded to four Arizona law-enforcement agencies to support the use of body-worn cameras by patrol officers. Such cameras are intended to enhance public and officer safety and improve police-community relations.
