Who We Are

The Land Use Compliance (LUC) section facilitates compliance for all home sites, rights-of-way, commercial development, and other ground-disturbing construction projects within the SRPMIC.

LUC conducts environmental and cultural resource surveys prior to lease approval to ensure the protection of the Community's cultural and natural resources. Multi-agency collaboration is necessary to ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Tribal legislation dealing with the environment and historic preservation.
