Q: What is the cafeteria operating schedule?

A: The cafeteria's current hours are:
   Coffee Shop and Sundries 7 am to 2:30 pm
   Hot Breakfast Grill (Made to Order) 7 am to 9:30 am
   Cafeteria food stations closed 9 am to 11 am
   Cafeteria lunch service 11 am to 1:30 pm

Q: Are there any vending machines?

A: There are three vending machines serving beverages, snacks and microwaveable meals.

Q: What can I get from 9 am to 11 am and from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm besides vending?

A: The Java City coffee station offers Grab 'n Go items such as salads, fruit, yogurt, parfaits and other various sundry items. Soup is available beginning about 10 am. And Frozen Yogurt is available all day.

Q: Are there microwaves?

A: Yes, there are two microwave ovens, one at each end of the vending area. One specifically designed for ADA accessibility.

Q: Can I eat my lunch from home in the cafeteria, or is seating limited to paying customers?

A: The cafeteria seating area is an SRPMIC community gathering place. All are welcome.

Q: Is the cafeteria open to all tribal community members?

A: Yes, and the general public as well. On any given day, many non-employees visit the administrative offices, either as guests, contractors and suppliers, or even employees' family members and friends. Since administrative offices are open to all, so it is in the cafeteria – all are welcome to visit and enjoy.

Q: Does the cafeteria have any meeting rooms?

A: The Sun Room seats up to 24 guests, depending on configuration, and can be booked through Microsoft Outlook or Administration (362-7498).

Q: Who is running the cafeteria?

A: Paul Johnston is the Two Waters Cafeteria Food Services Manager. He oversees day to day operations at the facility. He serves as SRPMIC's liaison with ARAMARK, the food service management company that operates the cafeteria. Mr. Johnston has 28 years of food service management experience, including 20+ years in corporate cafeteria-style or related settings in locations such as Wells Fargo Banks, AAA of Michigan, the Detroit Masonic Temple, Henry Ford Health Systems, Honeywell, General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler, and Oakland University's 8,000-seat Meadow Brook Music Festival.

Q: What type of menu does the cafeteria have?

A: The cafeteria has a "multi-station" floor plan, allowing ARAMARK to provide a wide variety of choices to our customers. The menu can be viewed by visiting www.aramarkcafe.com/srpmic and then clicking on Two Waters Cafeteria. The page that follows shows links to the Daily Serve Menu (for each station) and also posts Daily Special menus for three weeks out.

Q: Are there any outdoor facilities?

A: Yes, outdoor tables and chairs are available. In addition, the cafeteria exterior walls are equipped with "garage doors" that can be opened during the cooler months to expand the employee group atmosphere.
