MEET THE MANAGER: Paul Johnston is the Two Waters Cafeteria Food Services Manager. He will oversee day to day operations at the facility. His primary function will be to serve as the SRPMIC’s liaison with an outside management company that will be hired to actually provide food and services in the cafeteria. He brings 27 years of food service management experience to SRPMIC, including 20+ years in corporate cafeteria-style or related settings in locations such as Wells Fargo Banks, AAA of Michigan, the Detroit Masonic Temple, Henry Ford Health Systems, Honeywell, General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler, and Oakland University’s 8,000-seat Meadow Brook Music Festival.
