Health and Human Services Holds Open House

The renovated Building 11 sits on Osborn Road and was once where Youth Services was located.

On May 9, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Health and Human Services hosted an open house to mark the relocation of several of its programs into new office space.

The SRPMIC Health and Human Services Prevention and Intervention Services programs are almost entirely under one roof now. The programs have been working on the office move for quite a while now and are now located in Building 11 of the tribal campus, south of Osborn Road, next to the Cultural Resources Department.

Staff from the Diabetes Services, the WIC Program (Women, Infants, Children), Health Education, Environmental Health and Housing Services are now located in building 11, which is on the west side of the Cultural Resources Department.
Diabetes Services, the WIC Program (Women, Infants, Children), Health Education, Environmental Health and Housing Services, which all used to be on the second floor of the old Salt River Clinic, are now located in one place and a few doors down. About 15 staff members will be housed in the newly renovated facility and training room.
