A few "Walk for the Luck of It" participants dressed up as a clover or leprachaun. The 5K was held the day after St. Patrick's Day.

Dozens walked or ran in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Recreation Department’s 5K in Lehi, held on Saturday, March 18.

The theme of the morning 5K was “Walk for the Luck of It,” since it was held on the day after St. Patrick’s Day.

The course started outside the Lehi Community Building and made a loop on Stapley Drive, heading south to McDowell Road, west to Horne Avenue, north to Thomas Road, back east to Stapley, and south to Oak Street.

Every participant received a green T-shirt and a finisher medal. Post-5K refreshments also were provided.
