On January 22, the Salt River Police Department (SRPD) hosted an informational meeting and day long presentation at the SRPMIC Two Waters Complex at the request of members from the Pauma Band of Luiseño Indians community government and the Pauma police department. The Pauma Band is located north of Escondido (Imperial County), California.
 
Salt River Police Department Says Thank You To Residents Of Shadow Mountain

On January 11, the Salt River Police Department presented representatives of the Shadow Mountain Mobile Home Community with a framed certificate of appreciation for their outstanding contribution of $1000 to the “Shop with a Cop” program. Their very generous donation benefited more than 30 children from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
