New Law Enforcement Commission Members Sworn In

On October 13 at the Salt River Courthouse, Chief Judge Ryan Andrews administered the oath of office to four Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community members joining the Law Enforcement Commission. New members Eric Schurz, Erniestina Deer, Denelle Prieto and Martha Loring join existing commission members Wi-Bwa Williams, president; Leland Johnson, vice president; and Garfield King.

Should any Community member want to resolve an issue with the Salt River Police Department or Department of Corrections, the Law Enforcement Commission is there to hear your concerns. To file a citizen complaint, contact a member of the commission at (480) 593-7871.
