The Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) is a 20-year planning study of the Community's transportation system. It contains a prioritized list of needed road improvements to accommodate Community growth and quality of life goals, road preservation and reconstruction, public transit, and non-motorized paths and trails.
The Tribal Transportation Improvement Program (TTIP) is a 5 year plan for funding priority projects from the LRTP.
SRPM IC is committed to reducing the number of deaths and serious injuries and improving the overall safety of the transportation system. As part of an ongoing effort to make transportation safety improvements, a Transportation Safety Plan is being developed with input from several safety partners. The Plan is intended to outline existing programs and policies, as well as identify issues and procedures or projects that can be implemented to further improve transportation safety for the Community, its people and visitors.
