What is H.I.I.T. and What to Expect…w/Michelle Reina-Long

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a type of workout where you give maximum effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. H.I.I.T. workouts train and condition both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. H.I.I.T. workouts get your heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular fitness level while burning more fat and calories in less time. 10 spots available

KETTLEBELL 101  w/Dion Begay

This session will give you all of the tools you need to safely and effectively begin your Kettlebell practice. Start your training off right with solid fundamentals that take the guess work out of Kettlebell training. This is ideal for beginner to intermediate lifters. Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. People love it because it's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.

ZUMBA BASICS w/Lynn Michelle Tenorio

The Zumba® program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. 10 spots available

SPINNING 101 w/Michelle Reina-Long

A self-paced session designed specifically for those of you that are new to Spinning ® (indoor cycling). You'll learn how to set up the bike, position yourself on the bike, and follow the basic techniques of cycling. It's your opportunity to get introduced to what will become your favorite fitness class. 8 spots available

Friday – September 22 @ 1pm

BASICS OF YOGA w/Rachel Seepie

The basic yoga class will be done at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga – opening, standing, shoulder and hip exercises, inversions, twists, backwards and forward bends, salutations, and finishing poses. Students will learn about the principles of alignment and how to flow into the pose using breathing techniques. Complete relaxation and breathing techniques will be practiced. This basic class will teach how to prepare for yoga, what to expect, and how to take your practice into daily life. All levels of fitness. 10 spots available\

Monday – September 25 @ 11am

TOTAL BODY MOBILITY & BALANCE w/Nevelle Howard

Mobilizing the body by going through a joint by joint movement protocol. No tools used other than a mat and the wall. Finishing off with a standing balance series. Both formats are designed to improve everyday function.
