Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training

The goal of this two-day, highly interactive, practical, practice-oriented workshop is to provide skills to all individuals to apply first-aid suicide intervention in times of individual and family crisis.

Wednesday, Sept. 8th / Thursday, Sept. 9th (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Training Goals:

* Reduce fears about "suicide"

* Increase knowledge for utilization in effective intervention

* Increase competence & confidence in suicide first-aid skills

* Develop practical intervention skills to effectively deal with suicidal situations.

* Understand that sucide in a preventable problem

Training Location: Talking Stick Resort, Road Runner Conference Room, Indian Bend, Scottsdale, Az.

REGISTRATION BEGINS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2010.
