Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume data entry and paperwork. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers. As a manager, position provides expertise and supervision to escrow support staff in centralized clerical processing unit that processes all documentation associated with the initiation or closing of residential escrows. This work relieves branches of high volume data entry and paperwork for higher quality customer service and to provide time for promoting and generating new business.

 

* Manages day-to-day operations of Escrow Support Center through Team Leads.
* Has full HR responsibility for Escrow Support Center.
* Orients new staff and introduces department rules, procedures and company policy.
* Insures staff are meeting production goals and standards for escrow processing and turnaround.
* Assist Manager in developing and implementing procedures and systems that that enhance service and daily operations.
* May communicate information, instructions and issues to Branch personnel.
* Provides training to employees in Escrow Support Center and Escrow branches.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or equivalent. 4 year college degree preferred.
* 3-5 years experience. Previous experience as an escrow officer or assistant preferred.
* Writing process and production manuals preferred.
* Works autonomously; makes recommendations and escalates issues for manager review. Could manage 10 directly, upwards of 40 indirectly.
* Thorough knowledge of escrow processes, procedures and FAST preferred.
