Is opening a new high volume, 11 screen, luxury, movie theatre in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Food & Beverage manager with the following qualifications to manage the wait staff, kitchen and caf .

- Experience and knowledge in food and beverage services and products.
- Understanding of food preparation and quality control.
- Must be a certified Food Manager.
- 3 years management experience.
- Computer skills should include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of Inventory and loss control.
- Past Theater and Restaurant experience a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
