CULTURE PASS PROVIDES ACCESS TO VALLEY ATTRACTIONS

The Culture Pass, an innovative program launched by Valley arts and cultural organizations in April 2009 to provide library card holders free admission to top metro Phoenix destinations, was reinstated for a second year.

 

The program, which served 140,000 participants in its first year, pairs local museums and cultural organizations with public libraries in Chandler, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. Culture Passes are checked out like library books at the 30 local branches of participating city libraries. Each pass grants admission for two or four people. A total of 14 museums and cultural organizations, including the Heard Museum and Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, are participating in this year's program.

Pass admits 4 - free pass to visit such places as the Arizona Science Center, Phoenix Zoo, Taliesin West, Phoenix Art Museum, The Bead Museum, Children's Museum of Phoenix, and more visit your library to get your pass.
